Ms. Beatrice Njoki Kihagi was admitted to the bar on 1st October 2009. She is a senior partner at MG Law advocates in charge of Conveyancing & Real Estate. Her areas of specialization include;

Her journey at the firm started in 2007 when she joined as a trainee advocate, rising to an associate advocate in 2008 and later heading the conveyancing department from 2013 up until her current position. She has been a key pillar at the firm and was instrumental in the establishment of the conveyancing department which she set up in 2009 starting out with just one advocate and a clerk; she has helped in nurturing it to its current standing of a highly reputable department within the law firm consisting of an able team of five advocates and four paralegals.

Beatrice loves singing and is a choir member at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, Ruaraka. She has a passion for youth mentorship; She is involved in mentoring students at Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Level, she is an active member of Ruruguti Primary school (where she is also an Alumni) and participates in different events & forums aimed at improving the social well-being of the pupils and performance at the school. In addition, she is an executive member of the Board of Management of Tulaga Secondary School in Nyandarua County.

Ms. Njoki is a top notch negotiator with vast experience in handling legal matters touching on Banks’ Securities Documentation and Perfection, sale of properties, commercial transactions, lease & tenancy laws and trademark laws. As the partner in charge of Conveyancing and Real Estate, Ms. Njoki oversees & leads a team of three advocates and four Paralegals/ Conveyancing Clerks. Her notable assignments include:

She has represented the firm as the legal representative for various developers and/or Vendors in major projects including The advocate acting on behalf of Kenya Railways Corporation in; the letting of Kenrail Towers- Westlands, sale of Thirty Six properties in South B Nairobi and the Purchase of 900 acres of Land at Athi River; has acted for Wall street Business Park Limited in the sale of over 300 properties at Saika, Donholm and also acted for Hydro Developers Limited in the sale of over 700 properties along Kamiti Road in Nairobi.

She has handled the perfection of securities and registration for leading financial institutions.
