We are involved in the drafting, reviewing and registration of security documents such as charges and mortgages. We also oversee the preparation and perfection of leases, transfers and assignments. In addition, we oversee the subdivision of properties and obtain titles thereto.

We handle Conveyancing and Securities Documentation (In relation to transactions such as preparation of instruments including; Charges, Mortgages Debentures, Loan Agreements) for KCB Bank Kenya Limited, NIC Bank Limited, Paramount Bank Limited, Jamii Bora Bank Limited, Credit Bank Limited, Housing Finance Company Limited and Spire Bank Limited  among others.

Among the key projects we have participated in include:

Oyster Village, Donholm Estate – This was a project involving the construction of 800 housing units comprising of Apartments, Bungalows, Maisonettes and a Shopping Complex. The estimated value of the project being Kenya Shillings Five Billion.

River Island Estate, Kamiti Road– A project that involved the sale of land from the subdivision of 293 acres. The value of the land after the sale transaction was estimated to be Kenya Shillings Five Billion.

Coco Bahari Hotel and Villages – An ongoing development of a Hotel and detached cottages in Kikambala, Mombasa comprising 30 cottages. The estimated value of the project is Kenya Shillings Two Billion.

Jogoo Road Properties– A project in Shauri Moyo involving the construction of 205 Units. The value of the project is about Kenya Shillings One Billion.

Bahati Ridge Project– This is a project involving the development of Flats, Maisonettes and Villas within the vicinity of Thika Town with an estimated total value of Kenya Shillings Four Billion.

Abi Allan Court, Kileleshwa– Development of 8 Town Houses where we handled the registration process which is now complete and the project was valued at Kenya Shillings One Hundred Million.

Abi Allan Court, Kilimani. The development of several apartments where we handled the registration process which is now complete. The project was valued at Kenya Shillings Three Hundred million.

Design Centre, Westlands. This was a project for the construction of offices where we handled the registration process for the project with an estimated value of Kenya Shillings Eight Hundred Million.

We are currently handling Conveyancing work for Kenya Railways Corporation for the disposal of various properties, the estimated value being Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Million.
