Ms Pavin Nkatha Nturibi joined MG Law Advocates as a pupil in Jan 2020. She
successfully undertook her articles of pupillage at MG Law advocates and was
consequently appointed to her current position as an associate advocate in 2021 in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Her areas of specialization include:-

Ms Nkatha or simply Pavin as we like to call her in the office is involved in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and other related litigation documents, conducting research and collecting evidence appropriate to litigation as well as coordinating, collaborating and supporting other litigation lawyers in court.
Pavin loves reading and is a fan of African authors and stories. She is also an avid supporter of the Manchester United.

Pavin has been involved in various legal disputes and assignments such as: a) Representing various corporate clients such as Laborex Kenya Limited, East African Portland Cement PLC, Treadsetters Tyres Limited, Yash Commodities Limited, Abno Softwares International Limited etc. in debt recovery proceedings and employment and labour disputes; b) She has been part of the Procurement Legal team representing various clients such as Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KENGEN), Utmost Insurance Brokers in various procurement legal disputes; c) Representing Clients in family law matters and has and continues to represent various Estates in both contentious and non-contentious Probate and Family Law matters and child custody and maintenance claims.
