RN was admitted to the bar on 13th October 2005. He began his legal profession in 2003 as a legal trainee in the firm of Gichuki King’ara and Co advocates. He successfully undertook his pupillage at the law firm of Waruhiu, Ko’wande & Nganga advocates in 2004 and after admission to the bar in 2005, joined MG Law advocates as an associate advocate and has over the years risen through the ranks to his current position of Managing Partner in charge of Litigation.

RN has been a key figure in the provision of counsel to a wide range of clientele in the firm. He takes a practical and business-oriented approach in his provision of legal counsel. He has extensive experience in handling a variety of litigation matters involving; bankruptcy, constitutional issues, personal injuries, debt collection, commercial matters, probate and administration law. He has acted and continues to represent the firm as the lead advocate for major financial institutions, Insurance companies, individual clients, private companies and state corporations

Outside the office RN is a travel enthusiast who enjoys taking trips to various destinations around the country to unwind. He is also a diehard Manchester United fan!

He conducts litigation and drafting of pleadings in commercial disputes. He represents the firm in debt collection and recovery, defamation matters, intellectual property disputes and Environmental disputes in courts and quasi-judicial tribunals.

He has represented a number of financial institutions in Commercial related disputes such as Spire Bank Ltd, NIC Bank Ltd and Jamii Bora Bank; He was part of the team that successfully defended Jamii Bora Bank in multiple injunction proceedings leading to recovery of Ksh 430 Million

He represents numerous corporate clients in debt recovery matters for instance; represented Treadsetters Tyres Ltd in facilitating the recovery of debts amounting to over Ksh 150 million.

He has a knack for family law matters and has and continues to represent various Estates in both contentious and non-contentious Probate and Family Law matters (for values up to 100 Million)

He has successfully represented individual clients in road accident cases with related claims of over Ksh 5 million

He is involved in facilitating the incorporation of companies, review and registration of security documents for various financial institutions.

He represents clients in Employment and Labour Relations Courts on claims relating to employment.
