Managing Partner
Raphael leads the firm with a practical, business-oriented approach. Admitted to the bar in October 2005, he has spent his entire career at Mwaniki Gachoka & Co. Advocates, rising from Associate to Managing Partner.
He serves as lead advocate for major financial institutions, insurance companies, state corporations and private clients across litigation, probate and employment matters.

- Defended Jamii Bora Bank in multiple injunction proceedings, resulting in recovery of Kshs 430 Million.
- Debt recovery mandates for Spire Bank, NIC Bank and Jamii Bora Bank.
- Recovery matters exceeding Kshs 150 Million for Treadsetters Tyres Ltd.
- Extensive practice in probate, family law, road accident claims, and the Employment & Labour Relations Court.
